Business Area: Change Management Location: Paris Duration: 6 to 12 months starting asap Description Business Solution & IT Services for AXA IM Distribution (14 people) is responsible for delivering projects and solutions assisting the development of Marketing, Sales and Client Services teams. Among all projects, the team has under its responsibility CRM positioning and development (using Siebel application) as well as product portal which aims to provide all the information related to AXA IM funds. Reporting to both CRM and product portal project managers, your main responsibilities will be the following: 1) Managing users support: -Promoting tools in Paris and to local teams -Training people (new starters, new versions of the tool…) -Answering questions and helping people with the tool if necessary 2)Assisting projects managers in their activities: -Following and answering users requests -Controlling quality and efficiency of corrections -Preparing Meeting minutes -Updating project support monthly dashboard What sort of profile are we looking for: -Currently studying a Master’s degree in Business/ Engineering school or University -Previous related experience in project management is an asset -Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) -Knowledge of Siebel and/or asset management a plus -Fluent in French and English -Responsible, ability to work autonomously, proactive, team player -Excellent communication skills http://tbe.taleo.net/NA1/ats/careers/requisition.jsp?org=AXAIM&cws=3&rid=504 | ||
